The innovative design allows the glass to be tilted up to 2° backward or forward and the unique locking mechanism technology is highly intuitive, requiring no unique training. This helps to reduce the issues of uneven surfaces and makes installation and alignment easier and more accurate. In fact, installation time is reduced by up to 70% as compared with leading dry glaze shoe moulding systems.
Safety is also at the core of the Level Lock™ base shoe moulding system. The locking mechanisms only require tightening from one side, offering installers security when working on an elevated surface. What’s more, the tilting capabilities of the Level Lock™ mechanism allows installed glass to better withstand environmental changes after final installation, reducing the potential of shattering.
